Alycia Meile
Executive Director
Alycia Meile, executive director of X-Stream Youth Ministry, has a family history of community service in York County. Alycia has over nine years of experience ministering to youth. She has been a peer counselor for Human Life Services (a crisis pregnancy center) and has done extensive research on behavioral disorders (such as ADHD, ODD, and RAD), youth ministries, and counseling. Alycia has a degree in communications from Penn State University and a professional background in marketing and sales.

David Meile
Ministry Director
Dave Meile, X-Stream’s ministry director, also has over nine years of experience ministering to youth. He was the former president of the Northeastern Football Association (the organization responsible for raising funds to start football in the district). Dave has a professional background in sales. He has a passion for sharing God's message using outdoor sports.

The Meile’s founded XYM in 2005 and became its full-time directors in June of 2007. They have been married for over 9 years and have four children.
